At Meera Capsule, every piece is held to our Product Integrity Standard — individually hand-polished, manually inspected, and personally vetted before it leaves our studio. To uphold that standard, all items are final sale.

Purchase Policy

To maintain our Product Integrity Standard, all items are final sale. Because our collection is designed for personal use, we do not restock or resell items once they have left our studio. This ensures that every product you receive is guaranteed to be pristine, fresh, and handled only by our team.

Questions before you buy?

We want you to love your selection. If you have any questions about a specific clip or formula, please reach out before placing your order — the fastest way is live chat on our Contact page, or email us at team@meeracapsule.com. We're always happy to help you find your perfect match.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or there was an error on our part, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We are committed to making it right — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping) at our cost.

Live chat on our Contact page is the fastest way to resolve damaged or incorrect items. You can also email team@meeracapsule.com with the subject "Damaged or Incorrect Order."

Hair clip warranty — 6 months

We stand behind the quality of our hair accessories. In the case of a manufacturing defect on any Meera Capsule hair clip purchased through meeracapsule.ca or meeracapsule.com, we offer a one-time replacement within 6 months of purchase.

To make a warranty claim, message us via live chat on our Contact page, or email team@meeracapsule.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect
  • A short description of the issue

The 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal use. It does not cover damage from drops, misuse, exposure to extreme heat, or normal wear over time.

U.S. orders

The same final-sale, Product Integrity Standard applies to U.S. orders. The 7-day damaged-or-incorrect window and the 6-month clip warranty apply to all U.S. customers as well.

Because we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), all U.S. duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are pre-paid by Meera Capsule. U.S. orders of USD $125 or more ship free; orders below USD $125 are charged a flat USD $35 shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

Lost or stolen packages

Once your order is in the hands of our shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier and the recipient. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you can't find it:

  1. Check with neighbours, building management, or other household members.
  2. Contact the carrier (DHL, UPS, Canada Post, or Purolator) directly with the tracking number.
  3. If after 3 business days the package still cannot be located, reach out via live chat or email team@meeracapsule.com and we will assist you with a carrier claim.

Cancellations & order changes

We aim to ship orders within 1–2 business days of receipt. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please reach out within 2 hours of placing the order via live chat on our Contact page (fastest), or email team@meeracapsule.com. After 2 hours, we may have already begun fulfillment and changes may not be possible.
